That's why we offer rush production to deliver your product on time, every time!
- Most of our items are available on some type of a rush service. Look for "Rush Service Available" on the product page.
- We have a production team and engravers standing by to accommodate your rush order request.
- We can produce your order in 1, 2 or 3 business days.
- Our standard order production takes 5-7 business days, this does not include shipping times.
- Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
HERE'S HOW RUSH ORDER PRODUCTION WORKS:
1 Business Day Production:
- If you place your rush order by 3pm Central Standard Time, your order will be available for pickup by end of day the next day.
(Example : Order Monday by 3pm, Ready Tuesday by End of Day.)
- You must approve the graphic proof by 11am the next day or there will be a delay in production.
- Rush order fee for 1 day production may be up to $45.00 per order depending on the product.
2 Business Day Production:
- If you place your rush order by 3pm Central Standard Time, your order will be available for pickup by the end of the second business day.
(Example : Order Monday by 3pm, Ready Wednesday by End of Day.)
- You must approve the graphic proof by 3pm the next day or there will be a delay in production.
- Rush order fee for 2 day production may be up to $35.00 per order depending on the product.
3 Business Day Production:
- If you place your rush order by3 pm Central Standard Time, your order will be available for pickup by end of the third business day.
(Example : Order Monday by 3pm, Ready Thursday by End of Day.)
- You must approve the graphic proof by 4pm the next day or there will be a delay in production.
- Rush order fee for 3 day production may be up to $25.00 per order depending on the product.
- Rush production charges cover our cost of delivering components to our production facility, overtime salaries for fabricating and engraving an item within the deadline provided by the customer.
- Rush production charges do not cover shipping cost to the customer. Shipping charges are added to the order total and are in excess of rush production charges.
- Please note that production rush fees are not refundable. Should the customer choose to cancel his/hers order prior to the final engraving, a rush fee will be billed to their account.
Along with rush production, we are always able to expedite shipping if you are not picking up your order in store. We encourage our customers to contact us on rush service availability prior to placing an order. This will expedite the order process and ensure that we can deliver the order on time for your event.
